BlackBird3’s founders cut their teeth on a variety of real estate asset classes. For years, they actively managed value-ad multifamily investment, tenant-sponsored condo conversions, single family investment portfolios and single family home flips. They currently co-invest in multifamily, warehouse, flex, and office assets throughout the country.
